We make every effort to ensure the quality of our products. As a commitment to our goal of meeting the highest quality standards, we offer a money-back guarantee on items that do not meet our quality standards. We will provide store credit on your account when any one of the following occurs:
- Low quality print: the print washes away after a few cycles in the washing machine.
- Printing error: the design printed is materially different from the artwork specifications.
- Incorrect print specifications: the size or placement of the print is more than 1.0″ off.
- Missing items: one or more items are missing from the order.
To file a claim for defective or missing merchandise, send us an email within three (3) days of receipt of the order and include your order number as well as photographs of the error. If the error involves a print size or placement issue, include a measuring tape, stick, or ruler in the photographs of affected items.
Printing error returns must be provided within 14 business days from the delivery date. Items received after 14 business days, or not in their original condition will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Returns that do not meet our policy may also be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Items received after 30 days will not be accepted. An email notification will be sent to you once your package has been received and processed along with your credit information.
Due to many contributing factors, we cannot guarantee that the colors displayed on the website will exactly match the color of the product. There are many variables that can change the way you see colors as you view our website. Computer monitors are capable of displaying up to 32 million colors and the human eye can only decipher a very small fraction of those colors. And within that small fraction, we all see them differently. In addition, people’s monitor settings may influence how colors are displayed depending on each individual monitor’s brightness and contrast settings. If you would like to see actual colors, please review our sample program or contact our Customer Care Department regarding our swatch program.
Self Application Disclaimer
Untamed is not responsible for customer application errors. By choosing to buy a heat transfer or vinyl/wall decal, the customer is accepting full responsibility for the application process. Please follow the application instructions as described on the product listing and the sheet included with your order. If you are local, we are happy to apply your transfer or decal to your item for a small fee if the item is new with the tags still on.
When applied properly, decals will last a very long time. Decals that encounter frequent contact with objects (windshield wipers, snow scraper, cup holders, etc.) are prone to falling apart quickly.
Custom product sales are final and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, changes or alterations. We’re bummed things didn’t work out for you, but your custom items were made specifically for you and can not be resold to another customer.
Filing A Claim
To file a claim, send us an email with your order number (or fill out the form below). If your claim is in regards to a printing error, please include photographs of the error and return the affected items to us. In addition, if the error involves a print size or placement issue, include a measuring tape or ruler in the photographs of affected items.
Upon verification, we will provide a refund equal to the amount paid for the portion of the order that was incorrectly printed.
- You have 3 calendar days to notify us of a problem with your order from the date you received it.
- You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
Returns will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of package arrival. Returns must be in original condition accompanied by all original packaging and invoice. Untamed will not accept any items returned with obvious signs of wear and cannot accommodate damages after wear.
Please be sure to include your order number and name on the outside of your return package. The order number can be found on the top of the invoice. Pack your returns with care and we strongly recommend that you insure your return and keep a record of the tracking number in case your package is lost or misdelivered; Untamed cannot take responsibility for items lost in transit, wrongfully delivered, or damaged due to improper packaging.
